Frequently asked questions
What will it cost me?
Rapid Response Solicitors is committed to conducting your claim in the most cost-effective manner possible. We will act on your behalf under a Conditional Fee Agreement, a method of funding claims for personal injury compensation fully approved by the Law Society of England & Wales. Broadly, if your claim is a success, your costs are recoverable from the defendant’s insurers. If your case is lost you have nothing to pay with us!
How much will I receive?
It is not possible for us to give an indication of the value of your claim until we have had an opportunity to obtain and consider evidence relating to the nature and extent of your injuries and the prognosis for your recovery.
How long will it take?
It will depend on the circumstances. If your opponent admits liability for your claim, it is likely that it will be concluded faster than if liability is disputed. You can relax; confident in the knowledge we will deal with your claim as quickly as is possible.
