Rapid Solicitors in-house training pays dividends with more qualified staff...
From day one Rapid Solicitors have been committed to continual improvement and we feel our success for clients is down to our extensive training programs. Each office has it's own training suite and staff are encouraged to research new areas of case law and present to their teams. We also regularly welcome Barristers from outside the firm to share their expertise.
Two of the firms longest serving members James Burrell LLB and Victoria Coulson LLB, who joined from University many years ago have been made Partners in the firm. Both qualified as Solicitors during their time with Rapid and both serve as an inspiration to others showing what can be achieved with hard work and the support of this firm's training department.
