Lucky 13 join Rapid’s training scheme

Rapid continues to strengthen its legal teams with the addition of 13 new recruits throughout November.  Bill Marwood from Rapid Solicitors’ Human Resources department said.  “I have spent the last two years forging strong relationships with University Careers Departments. Without these close relationships, these establishments would not be aware of the detailed training schemes on offer at Rapid.  For example, before they begin the long process of training to become a litigator, our new recruits will spend a great deal of time on customer care skills and learning our unique internal processes, aimed at securing maximum compensation, fast.  The Universities know we only recruit the best and so it gives them the assurances they need, that their finest students are in safe hands as they start their careers.  Being a former teacher myself, it gives me great pleasure to see our bright young stars of the future working alongside experienced Solicitors and Barristers, enjoying themselves and making a real difference by helping the public.”
