North Eastern Care becomes Rapid Care
Mobility & Medical Aids retailer, North Eastern Care will now be known as Rapid Care Shop. The shop retails mobility scooters, wheelchairs, electric rise & recline chairs, Acorn stairlifts and a variety of independent living aids. The business, run by Peter Marriot, is long established and is a continuation of the family business. Rapid Solicitors medical aids expert Martin Ward, said: “Peter is a lovely man and has been in the care industry for many years. He saw the chance to strengthen his business through an association with us and took it. To change the name of your own store is an emotional decision as well as a business decision. Peter had built up awareness of his North Eastern Care name over many years, but all parties see this as a huge leap forward for the mobility business.” Peter said: “The new sign is up now and I’m delighted with it! “Rapid Solicitors Partner, Andrew Baldwin said “We’ve long been in the business of helping people regain mobility following accidents. It’s not always appropriate just to deliver compensation, some of our clients will, for the first time in their lives, have lost their mobility and so they need help and advice. We employ mobility experts that can offer that advice and now we can confidently send our clients to a retail outlet that can take that advice further by offering demonstrations of a wide variety of mobility aids and adaptations.”
