19 Staff rewarded for excellent performance in work

The firm's recent Oscar awards resulted in 19 of the team walking away with prizes including trips to Amsterdam, a BMW Z4 for a Weekend, beauty treatments and support for external training courses. One of the winners, Joanne Maskell said "I always give 100% and to be recognised in front of everyone was just great"

The firm holds the awards annually to recognise the special efforts of the staff to move client's cases forward at a rapid pace. Principal Solicitor Andy Good said "We work hard to promote a happy and productive environment because this benefits our clients. 100 trees planted by Rapid
  
 

Rapid Solicitors have helped build a nature reserve and planted 100 trees on a 3 acre site in East Yorkshire. Principal Solicitor Andy Good said "Everyone knows law firms can get through quite a lot of paper. We try to minimize this by using e-mail and telephone when possible but we can't escape from the fact we use a lot of paper in this profession.

The firm was presented with a unique opportunity to help build a nature reserve in a pretty East Yorkshire village, just 15 minutes from their head office." Over 100 trees were planted over a couple of weekends and a small lake has been added. The nature reserve has the benefit of natural springs and is surrounded by a pretty beck. Staff have the opportunity to visit the site for peaceful picnics or to help with maintenance.
